Do we offer refunds?
We apologise for any inconvenience, but we do not offer refunds unless there is a valid issue and we have been notified via email. Not a change of mind.

What if cancel my booking?
EVENT, END OF YEAR & GROUP BOOKINGS If you cancel ANY BOOKING within 1 month of your event, a cancellation of $1,000 for photography and $1,000  will be charged to your studio. However, if you cancel within 1 week of your event, The full deposit must be paid, this means if you decide to cancel your $3,000 videography package, you will need to pay in full your remaining amount. Please understand that canceling so close to your event date, especially during NOV & DEC time of year, is unfair to our professionals. if your monetary deposit has already been paid, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
STUDIO: Your deposit will not be refunded. Regardless of a reshoot date being set. 

Bookings & Deposits? 
For photography bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance will be due within one week after the photoshoot. If the balance is not paid within this timeframe, a 10% late fee will apply. If payment goes over two weeks, the late fee will increase by an additional 10% each week until the full balance is cleared. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these payment terms to ensure a smooth and efficient process for everyone involved. Please understand if this goes past a month, a debt collector will be issued.

Bookings for elite photoshoots must be paid in full upfront before stepping onto the backdrop at any dance event. This ensures a seamless process and allows us to focus entirely on delivering high-quality results for every dancer.

you acquired Ridley St? and the copyright? 
We’ve officially acquired Ridley St.’s social media presence, but we are not Ridley St. and are not operating as Ridley St. Please note that all prizes or vouchers from Ridley St. are no longer valid. We’re excited to carry forward their legacy through their social platforms as a separate entity. All copyright from previous photos are from the original photographer, who has transferred all ownership of previous photos.

This ongoing occurrence is deeply disheartening and creates an unpleasant environment for our team. We strongly emphasise the importance of maintaining a respectful and professional approach in all communications. If you engage in rude or disrespectful behavior towards us, please note that we will not respond to such messages. We maintain a commitment to professionalism and expect the same level of respect from our clients. Rude messages received via social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, as well as through email, will not be tolerated.
In cases where your conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This may include contacting the organisers of the event or your school, if necessary, to address the issue and ensure a respectful and conducive working environment for all parties involved.
